Where do I find my tracking number?
It's in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Email info@vybelife.co.uk with your order number and we'll sort it: a replacement or refund if it's lost, damaged or wrong.
