What is Vybe Rise?
Vybe Rise is a wristband alarm. Instead of making a sound, it vibrates on your wrist at the time you set, so you wake up and nobody else in the room does.
It also means your phone doesn't need to be by the bed overnight.
Who is Vybe Rise good for?
Anyone who shares a room, works early or late shifts, or just wants to wake up without a loud alarm or a phone on the bedside table.
What is sleep tape for?
Sleep tape (mouth tape) is designed to encourage nose breathing while you sleep.
It isn't right for everyone. If you have a blocked nose, breathing difficulties, sleep apnoea or any medical condition, speak to your GP before using it.
Can I reuse a nasal strip or sleep tape?
No. Both are single-use. Once removed, the adhesive won't stick properly again.
Is red light safe to use?
Always follow the instructions that come with the panel and don't look directly into the lights.
If you're pregnant, have a skin or eye condition, or take medication that makes you sensitive to light, check with your doctor before using it.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery costs and times for your country are shown at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
UK next-day delivery is available at checkout. Other delivery options, and international times, are shown at checkout before you pay.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also use the Track order button at the top of this page.
What if my package is lost or damaged?

Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
You can return items within 30 days of delivery.
For hygiene reasons, sleep tape and nasal strips can only be returned if they're unopened.
How do I start a return?

When will I get my refund?
We refund within 14 days of receiving your return, to your original payment method.
